The rules of Star Rummy are similar to those of traditional rummy, with some variations. Players are dealt 13 cards each, and the remainrummy tour apking cards are placed face down to form the draw pile. Players take turns to draw a card from the draw pile or the discard pile, and then discard a card from their hand. The game continues until a player forms a valid hand and goes out, or until the draw pile is exhausted.
