Usually two to six players participate in the game, & each player is dealt a hand of cards from a standard deck. Forming legitimate melds—which can be runs (three ofree spin and linkr more consecutive cards of the same suit) or sets (three or four cards of the same rank)—is the goal. At the conclusion of their turn, each player discards one card after drawing cards from the discard pile or the stockpile. The round ends when one player successfully melds all of their cards, at which point the game is over.
