The draw pile is the remaining cards that are face down on the table after each player receives 13 cards at the beginning of the game. In order to createteen patti all app the discard pile, the top card from the draw pile is positioned face up beside it. Each player takes a turn drawing a card from the draw or discard pile and then discarding a card from their hand. This continues the game until a player forms sets and sequences with their cards to declare a valid rummy.
