During their turn, players can choose to lay sets and runs from their hand onto the table or draw a card from the draw or discard pile. Players must select a card from the draw or play for fun slotsdiscard pile before drawing a card, and they must also discard a card from their hand onto the discard pile. Prior to placing any cards, players are required to hold a minimum of one set or run in their hand. A player can build upon other sets and runs that have already been laid down by other players after they have laid down their own initial set or run.
